Why do you want a dog smaller then a regular toy breed which weights between 4 to 7 pounds full grown? There is no such breed standard as teacup, it's a marketing ploy by very bad breeders to sell runt of the litter puppies, and breeders who are purposely breeding dogs that were runts to other runts to get extra small puppies. Those puppies are ofter riddled with health problems, and if they do make it to adulthood are often doomed to a lifetime of bad health, and a shortened lifespan.
